Start a fresh day from Bengaluru, travel towards Mysore. Fuel up with a good morning chai. Spot a river hidden from sight. Leisurely trek – spotting and observing birds, insects, and spiders. A few old structures and a temple on the hill. Slowly, at our own pace, we will see and learn its stories, discover some hidden nooks, a large cave, and enjoy the horizons. Visit another hill, walk through rock formations with a climax at the end! So much in one day. Return, having enjoyed uncovering a few spectacular things.
The day
Start a fresh day from Bengaluru, travel towards Mysore. Fuel up with a good morning chai. Pass a river that you can hardly see. A leisurely trek – spotting and observing birds and more. Few old structures and a temple on the hill. Slowly at our own pace, we will see and learn its stories, discover some hidden nooks, a large cave and enjoy the horizons. Visit another hill, walk through rock formations with a climax at the end! So much in a day! Return, having enjoyed learning a few spectacular things.

- 6:30AM: Start from Gathering point near Jayadeva crossing, Bannerghatta main road.
- 8:00AM: (via) NICE road to Mysore. Morning tea/coffee
- 9:00AM: Reach the village by the river – but where is the river?
- 9:00-12:00PM: Trek up the hill, enjoy the views, explore and look for birds.
- 12:00-1:00PM: A light lunch
- 1:00-2:30PM: Go explore more… hop to a new location
- 2:30-5:00PM: A walk amidst geological formations, and a stunning pinnacle.
- Chai pe charcha and head back to Bengaluru
